How to Use PDF Merge

Upload two or more PDF files, reorder them in the merge queue, and click Merge PDF to download a combined document. The tool is designed for simple browser-based merging workflows where you want one file from multiple source PDFs without sending anything to a server. It works best when the source PDFs are standard documents rather than heavily encrypted or corrupted files.

1

Add your PDF files

Drop multiple PDF files into the uploader or browse for them from your device.

2

Arrange the merge order

Move files up or down in the queue so the final document follows the order you want.

3

Start the merge

Click Merge PDF to combine the queued documents into one downloaded file.

4

Review the output

Open the merged PDF and confirm the order and content before sharing it onward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does PDF Merge upload my documents anywhere?+
No. The merge flow is designed to run in your browser so your PDF files stay on your device.
Can I reorder files before merging?+
Yes. Use the Up and Down controls in the merge queue to change the final document order.
Why would a PDF merge fail?+
Corrupted, unsupported, or unusually structured PDF files can fail to merge cleanly. If that happens, try a different file export or a simpler source document.
Can I merge just one PDF?+
No. You need at least two PDF files to create a merged output.
